General good standards:

“Outer packaging” means: the original packaging of the manufacturer (minimum sales unit), and does not contain the secondary packaging of the logistics.

The following conditions (including but not limited to), are not covered by the three-pack free warranty, and the paid warranty service is implemented:

1. Any force majeure caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, mudslides, volcanoes, typhoons or sandstorms, burglary, user negligence, improper use, misuse, vandalism, liquid, corrosion, animal bites Or products or components (such as casings, displays, interfaces, component lines, etc.) caused by pest bites, chipping, rust damage, etc.;

9. The User or any User's agent has access to any of the benefits under this clause by using fraudulent means or policies, or the product is damaged due to the user's intention or connivance, and we have the right to refuse any claim;

10. Resellers, agents and other channels purchase services and additional configurations and gifts promised by Sochi products, which are responsible for their services;

11. Other failures or damages caused by quality problems of the product itself;

12. Products and parts that exceed the free warranty period.

Users must back up your important data before repairing. Soncci Technology is only responsible for product testing and maintenance, and does not provide any data recovery and backup services. In the process of repair and inspection, if the contents of the product hard disk are generated, Sochi Technology is not responsible for any changes, changes, deletions or modifications in any form. For the user's personal procedures and data, Soncci Technology and authorized repairs have no right to retain and cannot be restored.
