Warranty Information Notes:
(1) The content in the table is not a description of the product specifications and configurations, and the specific specifications and configurations of the products shall be subject to the actual conditions of the products you purchase.
(2) During the entire warranty period, services are provided in the designated service type, and the service is generally provided in the form of "customer repair".
(3) The warranty provided for consumer users shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the Three Guarantees, and the warranty that is not within the scope of the Three Guarantees shall be implemented in accordance with the warranty policy of soncci Technology.
(4) If the product provides a gift, the gift does not enjoy the warranty service.

General Integrity Criteria:
(1) The Buyer shall ensure that the returned goods and related accessories (accessories) (such as tag tags, manuals, three-pack cards, etc.) are complete, and maintain the original quality and function, and are free of damage, contamination, scratching for anti-counterfeiting, activation (authorization), etc., and there are no traces of use of appearance that are difficult to restore to their original state, and traces of unreasonable use of personal data;
(2) The outer packaging of the commodity is an integral part of the commodity, and it should be complete and free of serious damage or contamination when returned;
(3) The loss or damage of gifts and bills will not affect the return of goods. If the gift is damaged or lost, it will be discounted, and the buyer will bear the corresponding tax if the bill is lost.
"Outer packaging" refers to the manufacturer's original packaging (the smallest sales unit), excluding logistics self-secondary packaging.

The following situations (including but not limited to) do not belong to the scope of the three guarantees of free warranty, and paid warranty services are implemented:
1. Any product or component (such as shell, display screen, interface, component circuit, etc.) caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, mudslides, volcanoes, typhoons or sandstorms, burglary, negligence, improper use, misuse, man-made malicious sabotage, liquid ingress, corrosion, animal bites or insect bites, etc.;  
2. Any malfunction of the product that is picked, maliciously altered, missing label serial number or serial number registration is inconsistent;
3. Normal wear and tear (such as: natural consumption, wear and aging of the product and its components during use), any failure of product consumables or external accessories;
4. Carry out daily maintenance and cleaning of the product, and any failure or damage to the product caused by it;
5. Product failure or damage caused by upgrading, altering, or repairing the product without our authorization will cause the service to become invalid;
6. Failure or damage caused by water ingress or improper use of the product, including computer virus, operation error, maintenance or storage due to unexpected factors, such as: improper handling; improper plugging and unplugging of external devices; use or connect to software, parts, peripherals, or consumables that are not approved or permitted by the technical specifications of the product; Input unsuitable unstable voltage; Falling or being squeezed by improper external force; exposure to inappropriate temperatures, solvents, acids and alkalis, water immersion or moisture; Excessive altitude;
7. Operating system software installation and debugging services, software failures, hardware upgrades, etc.;
8. Any malfunction or damage caused by the product during transportation;
9. We have the right to refuse any claim for rights if the User or any User's agent obtains any benefit under these Terms through the use of fraudulent means or tactics, or for damage to the Product due to the User's intent or connivance;
10. Dealers, agents and other channels who purchase the promised services and additional configurations and gifts of Soncci products shall be responsible for the service;
11. Other failures or damages not caused by the quality of the product itself;
12. Products and parts used beyond the free warranty period.

Users must back up your important data before repair, and Soncci Technology is only responsible for the testing and maintenance of the product, and does not provide any data recovery and backup services; In the process of sending for repair and testing, if the content on the hard disk of the product is browsed, modified, deleted or modified in any form, soncci Technology is not responsible for this. For the user's personal programs and data, Soncci Technology and authorized maintenance have no right to retain and cannot be recovered.
Soncci Technology reserves the right of final interpretation of the above terms, and reserves the right to modify the above terms of service without announcement;
Special circumstances are not listed as general regulations;
