Background

The traffic police of public security bureau increased the construction of informatization, and established electronic police system, traffic signal control system and traffic video monitoring system in recent years.However, there is no overall planning for the construction of traffic management informatization. Traffic information in different departments is independent and there is no unified transport information platform.

To build an intelligent transportation system, different departments should share traffic management information and improve traffic management level.
